As an adult student going back to school or enrolling in a graduate program, you can join this #AGSpilots community and develop the skills you need to become a leader in your field. Your leadership journey starts here.

Whether you are looking to start or improve a career in ministry, business, education, cyber security, nursing or behavioral social sciences, our hope is that the #AGSpilots community can help you achieve your goals. With a curriculum that focuses on leadership development, spiritual growth, and practical skills, this program prepares you for success in all areas of life.

In this article, we will explore how the AGS program can help you find a sense of calling and belonging, and provide you with the tools you need to become a leader in your community.

#AGSpilots: Building Lives of Commitment

Bethel University AGS is based on a mission statement that emphasizes building lives of commitment for leadership in the church and in the world. This mission is at the heart of everything we do at Bethel University, and it guides our curriculum, our approach to education, and our commitment to our students.

Sense of Calling

As #AGSpilots, we believe that everyone has a unique calling, a purpose that is meant to guide their lives and their work. We also believe that it is possible to discover this calling through education, reflection, and community.

Our program is designed to help you find your sense of calling, to explore your passions and talents, and to discern the direction that your life should take. We offer courses in theology, ethics, and leadership, as well as practical skills like communication, management, and project planning. In fact, our liberal arts foundation allows students to become well-rounded in all areas of life.

Through these courses, you will learn how to apply your faith to your work, how to lead with integrity and compassion, and how to make a positive difference in the world around you. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other students and faculty members who share your values and your vision for the future.

Sense of Belonging

One of the most important aspects of the #AGSpilots program is the sense of belonging that it provides. As an adult or graduate student, you may feel isolated or disconnected from your community, especially if you are pursuing a new career or transitioning to a new phase of life.

But at #AGSpilots, you will find a community of learners who are dedicated to your success and your growth. Our faculty members are experienced professionals who are committed to your education and your spiritual development. Our students are mature, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and to support one another.

Through our online learning platform, you will have the opportunity to connect with your classmates, participate in group projects, and engage in discussions about important issues. You will also have access to a range of resources and support services, including academic advising, networking events, and spiritual guidance.
