Admission Requirements

  • Online graduate application
  • Official transcripts for any undergraduate or graduate work. Students must hold a bachelor’s degree from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program and must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Active, unencumbered registered nurse license.
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse (preferred).
  • Three professional references.

Candidates must also schedule an interview prior to admission.

*Fees are charged per semester unless otherwise noted. Depending on transfer credits, the number of semesters required for completion will affect total cost.

*Transferring any graduate-level credits must be petitioned with the department for approval.

Payment Plan

Bethel University has a monthly installment plan available through Nelnet Campus Commerce. Enrollment can be completed online by accessing the student billing link through MyBethel or by calling 800.609.8056. Students will be charged an enrollment fee of $40.

Nurse Faculty Loan Program

The Nurse Faculty Loan Program helps cover costs for the Nurse Educator MSN degree. It is a loan that will finance all tuition, books and fees while you are completing your degree. Students who fulfill a service agreement to work as nurse faculty at Bethel University for five years after graduation receive 85% loan forgiveness.
